1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing the app, purchasing or using a subscription, or otherwise using TindahanPay Tracker, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What TindahanPay provides
TindahanPay is a transaction-recording and business-management tool for stores that provide cash-in and cash-out services. It helps users record transaction proofs, reference numbers, service fees, wallet balances, physical cash, staff activity, reports, and daily reconciliation.
3. Accounts and authorized users
- You must provide accurate account and store information.
- The store owner is responsible for staff and manager accounts created under the store.
- You must protect passwords, devices, and login credentials and promptly disable access that is no longer authorized.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of operating or acting for the store.
4. Transaction records and user verification
TindahanPay helps organize records but does not independently verify whether an external GCash, Maya, bank, or other transaction actually succeeded. The user must compare each proof with the external provider and review the provider, amount, customer/account name, reference number, date, transaction type, and service fee before saving.
The store remains responsible for cash released to customers, wallet transfers, service fees, duplicate entries, opening balances, adjustments, and daily closing results.
5. OCR and AI-assisted receipt reading
Receipt reading is an assistance feature. Local OCR and optional AI-assisted processing can misread small text, masked names, reference numbers, dates, amounts, logos, or unusual receipt layouts. Extracted fields are not guaranteed to be accurate and must be reviewed before saving.
When AI-assisted reading is enabled and accepted, receipt data may be processed through the TindahanPay backend and an AI service provider as described in the Privacy Policy. The user may continue with local OCR or manual entry when AI is unavailable.
6. Subscriptions, payments, renewal, and expiry
- Plan prices, limits, included features, and duration are shown before payment and may be updated for future subscription periods.
- Submitted payment proofs may require Superadmin review before activation.
- Access may be restricted when a trial or paid subscription expires, payment is rejected, or the account becomes past due.
- Unless required by applicable law or confirmed by TindahanPay as a duplicate or incorrect charge, activated subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
- You remain responsible for renewing the subscription before expiration when continued access is required.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use TindahanPay to commit fraud, fabricate transactions or proofs, access another store without permission, upload unlawful or harmful material, evade plan limits, interfere with security, overload the service, reverse engineer protected components, distribute malware, or violate the rights of another person.
8. Service availability and third-party services
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, internet interruption, hosting issues, device problems, software updates, third-party outages, or events beyond reasonable control. GCash, Maya, banks, Google Play, OpenAI, hosting providers, and other third parties operate under their own terms and availability.
Users should regularly review and export important reports. Although reasonable safeguards and backups may be used, TindahanPay does not promise uninterrupted service or that every record can always be recovered after device, network, server, or third-party failure.
9. Suspension and termination
TindahanPay may suspend or terminate access when necessary to address unpaid subscriptions, suspected fraud, illegal activity, security risk, abuse, repeated policy violations, or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, reasonable notice may be provided.
Users can request account deletion through the app or the public Delete Account page. Deletion consequences and limited retained audit information are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The TindahanPay name, logo, software, website design, documentation, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for authorized store operations.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. TindahanPay is not responsible for losses caused by unverified OCR or AI results, incorrect manual entries, external-provider errors, cash released before verification, account sharing, internet or device failure, third-party outages, or conduct outside TindahanPay’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine law.
12. Changes to the service or Terms
Features, plans, policies, and these Terms may be updated to improve the service, address security or legal requirements, or reflect operational changes. The updated date will be displayed on this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes should first be raised through the support contact below so the parties can attempt a good-faith resolution.
